This is a classic presentation. Hand rolled sheets of pasta are made from free range eggs and organic Italian flour. Then, the sheets are rolled into cigar shapes and filled with ricotta, parm and a hint of nutmeg. Dressed with a traditional ragu Bolognese, a heavenly bechamel, and a final dusting of 30-month parm.
Simply bake in the oven for 30mins and your meal is ready.
